The dishes we propose are typical of the Venetian culture, full of history and delightful even for the most demanding guests. You can taste unique and delicate specialties, such as cold cuts with sweet-and-sour vegetables, gnocchi with duck sauce, lasagna with radicchio, guinea fowl in pepper sauce, roasted rabbit, the shin, the stew made with knuckle of veal, and if you want also great mixed grill.

We use only season vegetables, which come from our gardens, ensuring the taste and the freshness such products require.
The cakes, the desserts and the grappa are also of our own production.
